This guy makes a ton of different dishes. Our family of 4 had an NM Philly cheesesteak, birria tacos, kids bean burrito, and carnitas. The food was excellent and clearly made fresh. My wife said the carnitas were the best she’s ever had and specifically appreciated how moist the pork was. My NM Philly hit the spot: lots of cheese and the right amount of green Chiles to give it that subtle kick. It’s hard for us to find a place where everyone got food they loved but Big Papa’s delivered. 10/10. ”
